What a wonderful time to be at the MTC! The MTC is full of excited, energetic and wonderful elders and sisters of all ages. This is our district for the first week of "Preach My Gospel." Our morning trainers were Brother Lystrup and Sister Bateman. Elder and Sister Watts were from Pinegree (on the left) and will be serving in Fort Worth, Texas. Elder and Sister Reiss were from Terreton (on the right) and they will be serving in Ghana. We had a wonderful time getting to know them and feeling their spirit and the spirit of our trainers. Our second week was spent learning our office responsibilites.
We enjoyed the devotionals, firesides and Sunday meetings we attended. Our first week Elder Holland spoke at the devotional, he also dedicated three buildings that had been refurbished. It was a powerful meeting - Elder Holland loves missionaries. The second week the devotional was by Elder David F. Evans of the seventy, he was equally as inspiring. Relief Society we heard from Sister Wixom, the General Primary President. We have felt so blessed to be here and experience the spirit of the MTC.
